MORE Renewables is the 'sister' organisation to LESS.

MORE is an Industrial and Provident Society established to undertake renewable energy installations in the Morecambe Bay area, funded through issuing shares to the local community.

By doing this it aims to:

  • increase the amount of energy generated in the Morecambe Bay area from renewable sources.
  • reduce long term electricity costs for community, public sector and not-for profit organisations in the Morecambe Bay area.
  • provide funding for energy efficiency advice and measures.
  • provide a socially and environmentally beneficial investment opportunity to people and organisations in the Morecambe Bay area.

MORE have recently successfully completed their third share offer and installation of solar panels at the Co-housing project in Halton, Lancaster.
